I have not received my booking confirmation by email, what should I do?

If you do not receive confirmation of your booking by email, you can re-create your confirmation by signing in and go to 'My Account' and following the steps below:

  • View "My Bookings"
  • Select "View Booking" for the relevant ticket or transaction
  • Select "Full Details"
  • Click "email this page" and enter the email address you would like confirmation sent to
